IntergovernmentalAgreementbesentalistofdocumentsandquestionsthatyouwillneedtopreparebeforetheaudit.AuditsareareviewoftheperformanceandaccomplishmentstomeasureandevaluatecompliancewiththetermsoftheagreementwithStateParks.ComplianceIfitisdeterminedthataparticipatingagencyisnotincompliancewiththeminimumrequirementsoftheagreement,theStateParksMarineLawEnforcementCoordinatorwillnotifytheagencythroughaNon-ComplianceWarningLetterandcitethewordingoftheagreement.TheletterwillrequesttheagencyrespondswithaplantoremedythedeficiencyperWAC352-64-060(3):Revocationofapproval"Thosecountiesorlocaljurisdíctionsunabletodemonstratecompliancewithminimumapprovalrequirementswillhaveforty-fivedaystosubmitaplansatisfactorytostateparkstoremedythedeficiencies.If,afterforty-fivedays,acountyorlocaljurisdictionisunabletodemonstrateitsabilitytomeetminimumrequ¡rements,stateparksmayrevoketheprogramapprovalafterthecountyorlocaljurisdictionhashadanopportunityforahearingunderchapter34.05RCW,theAdministrativeProcedureAct."Page64of64
