F.FederalNon-discriminationStatutes.Subrecipientisresponsibletocomplywithallfederalstatutesrelatingtonon-discrimination,includingbutnotlimitedto:TitleVIoftheCivilRightsActof1964(PL88-352)whichprohibitsdiscriminationonthebasisofrace,colorornationalorigin;TitleIXoftheEducationAmendmentsof1972(20USC§§1681-1683;1685-1686)whichprohibitsdiscriminationonthebasisofgender;Section504oftheRehabilitationActof1973(29USC§794)whichprohibitsdiscriminationonthebasisofhandicaps;AgeDiscriminationActof1975(42USC§§6101-6107)whichprohibitsdiscriminationonthebasisofage;DrugAbuseOfficeandTreatmentActof1972(PL92-255)whichprohibitsdiscriminationonthebasisofdrugabuse;theComprehensiveAlcoholAbuseandAlcoholismPrevention,TreatmentandRehabilitationActof1970(PL91-616)regardingnon-discriminationonbasisofalcoholabuseoralcoholism;Sections523and527ofthePublicHealthServicesActof1912asamended(42USC§§290dd-3and290ee-3)regardingconfidentialityofalcoholanddrugabusepatientrecords;TitleVilloftheCivilRightsActof1968(42USC§§3601etseq.)regardingnondiscriminationinthesale,rentalorfinancingofhousing;anyothernondiscriminationprovisionsofthespecificstatutesunderwhichthisagreementisbeingmade;andtherequirementsofanyothernondiscriminationstatute(s)whichapplytothefederalfinancialassistanceawardreceivedbyMLE.G.EligibleWorkers.Subrecipientshallensurethatallemployeescompletethe1-9FormtocertifythattheyareeligibleforlawfulemploymentundertheImmigrationandNationalityAct(8USC1324a).Subrecipientshallcomplywithregulationsregardingcertificationandretentionofthecompletedforms.H.Totheextentapplicabletothisaward,Subrecipientisresponsibletocomplywith1.NationalEnvironmentalPolicyAct;E.O.11514(whichrequirestheSubrecipienttocomplywithenvironmentalstandardswhichmaybeprescribedpursuanttoinstitutionofenvironmentalqualitycontrolmeasuresundertheNationalEnvironmentalPolicyActof1969(42USCChapter55,[Pub.L.91-190])andExecutiveOrder11514.2.E.O.11990:ProtectionofWetlands(whichrequirestheSubrecipienttocomplywithenvironmentalstandardsfortheprotectionofwetlands)3.E.O.11988:FloodplainManagement;E.O.11988(whichrequirestheSubrecipienttocomplywithenvironmentalstandardsfortheevaluationoffloodhazardsinfloodplains)4.CoastalZoneManagementAct(whichrequiresSubrecipienttoensurethattheworkperformedwillnotviolateStatemanagementprogramsdevelopedundertheCoastalZoneManagementActof1972)(16USCChapter33,Sections1451etseq.).'5.WildandScenicRiversAct(whichrequirestheSubrecipienttoprotectcomponentsorpotentialcomponentsofthenationalwildandscenicriversMLE123-122SubrecipientAgreement-BoatingProgram(FFAGrantAward)Page28of64
