Umbrellapoliciesshallprovidecoverageatleastasbroadasspecifiedforunderlyingcoverages(CGL,Auto,Employer'sLiability)andcoverthoseinsuredintheunderlyingpolicies,includingadditionalinsured.•AmountrequiredforthisAgreement:$ContractorshallfurnishtheCountyanAcordCertificateofInsurancetoincludethePolicyEndorsements/ExclusionsasevidencethatpoliciesprovidinginsurancerequiredbythisAgreementareinfullforceandeffect.Contractorherebywaivesallrightsofrecourse,includinganyrighttowhichanothermaybesubrogated,againstKittitasCountyforpersonalinjury,includingdeath,andpropertydamage.Contractor'sCommercialGeneralLiabilityinsurancepolicyrequiredaboveshallbeprimaryinsuranceandshallbenon-contributingwithanyotherinsurancemaintainedbyKittitasCounty.TheContractorshallassumefullresponsibilityforalllossordamagefromanycausewhatsoevertoanyContractor'stools,Contractor'semployee-ownedtools,machinery,equipment,ormotorvehiclesownedorrentedbytheContractor,ortheContractor'sagents,suppliersorcontractors.TheContractorshallhavesoleresponsibilityforrequiringtheinsurancecoverageandlimitsrequiredareobtainedbysubcontractors.NOTE:NocontractshallformuntilandunlessacopyoftheCertificateofInsurancewithEndorsements/Exclusions,properlycompletedandintheamountrequired,isattachedhereto.ProfessionalServicesAgreement(rev.09/24/2018)Page19of19
