<br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13 <br /> <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />The Contractor will supply the following: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Contractor shall not deviate from this scope of work without a change order <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director. Additional services provided by the <br />Contractor including, but not limited to, costly repairs or connection services, are not <br />contemplated by this agreement and the County assumes no responsibility for such <br />work. <br /> <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall provide full <br />compensation to the Contractor not to exceed the amount of $11,804.70 (includes sales <br />tax). <br /> <br />Unforeseen additional expenses shall require a written change order and must be <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director before such work commences. <br />
