PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT1 <br />This contract amendmentextends and modifies the Agreement made by and <br />between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County")and WISE (hereinafter "Contractor") <br />executed on 07/01/2021 that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference. <br />Section 12 of that Agreement,allows for modifications that are written and are mutually <br />agreed to by both parties.The County and Contractor agree to the following amendments: <br />The addition of Investment Projects within the statementof work to include the WA state job <br />foundation animated video project,Community Summit 2022,Organizational development <br />and training system project,language access tools and training,and equity and diversity <br />videos. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 1
