REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/OTHER <br />• Be familiar with current Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems; <br />• Possess ability to quickly learn new technology and stay on top of trends. <br />• Basic networking troubleshooting. <br />• Self-starter with strong self-management skills and good judgment. <br />• Able to handle high -stress situations while maintaining a high level of customer service and <br />professionalism. <br />• Able to organize projects and manage multiple priorities; ability to change direction without <br />disruption and with a positive approach. <br />• Proficient in the use of modern office equipment. <br />• Experience with procedures and practices applicable to accounting. <br />• Possess adequate knowledge and skills to provide other support services when needed. <br />• Excellent problem solving and research skills. <br />• Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal, written, technical and non- <br />technical communication skills. <br />• Must maintain confidentiality. <br />• Able to work well with others, take direction, and constructive criticism. <br />PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS <br />• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems <br />WORKING CONDITIONS <br />Regular attendance and punctuality are required and expected Monday — Friday from 8:00 AM to <br />5:00 PM; however, extended or weekend hours may be required on occasion. <br />Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the <br />essential functions. <br />PREPARED & REVIEWED BY <br />Must be completed with all revisions of the job description.
