road reporting system. FAC has also regularly worked with Cayenta Support to resolve <br />operational issues discovered by PW staff and enhance Cayenta reporting to meet <br />business needs. It seems reasonable to allow IT to defer low level technical requests to <br />PW for in-house support without burdening the IT request system. There is no resource <br />in the county with the knowledge and understanding of Cayenta job cost accounting and <br />time entry that FAC possesses. PW desires having full access to FAC's skills supporting <br />the pending Cayenta system upgrade. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />Undetermined at this time.
