<br />05/03/2022 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-110 TERMINATING A LEASE AIRPORT <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2022-110, Terminating a Lease with the Kittitas <br />County Public Works Department for property at Bowers Field Airport for <br />Lots C-5 and C-6, effective March 31, 2022. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE <br /> <br />BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-100 BOWERS FIELD STRATEGIC PLAN AIRPORT <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-100, <br />Authorizing Adoption of a Strategic Plan for Bowers Field Airport. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER HOPESOURCE - ADDISON PLACE PROJECT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve a letter to HopeSource, <br />terminating Contract HH-2020-002-HopeSource-CIP, for the Addison Place <br />Project, that is no longer the best use of the funds, and the project <br />fund balance will be transferred to HH-2022-001-HopeSource-Pathways. <br />Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-1 (Vice-Chairman Wright <br />opposed the motion). <br /> <br />AGREEMENT PATHWAYS PROJECT PURCHASE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve an Agreement HH-2022-001- <br />HopeSource-Pathways between Kittitas County and HopeSource, in the <br />amount of $750,000.00 to purchase the Nite’s Inn Motel in Ellensburg, WA <br />beginning May 3, 2022, through July 1, 2022.
