05/17/2022 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS OPENED AND THERE WAS NO ONE <br />REQUESTING TO TESTIFY. <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT moved to continue the Public Hearing to Tuesday <br />June 21, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, noting <br />the record is to remain open. COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING SUNCADIA PHASE 2 DIVISION 7 CDS <br /> <br />At 2:18 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing continued <br />from April 19, 2022, to consider Suncadia Phase 2, Division 7 <br />Preliminary Plat. She noted the record was open. <br /> <br />KELLY BACON, STAFF PLANNER and JEREMY JOHNSTON, PLANNING OFFICIAL, <br />reviewed a Staff Report regarding an application from Steve Lathrop, <br />authorized agent for Suncadia Resort, LLC, landowner, for 148 <br />detached residential lot (primarily second or vacation homes) plat <br />with associated roadways, a lake amenity, open space and service <br />tracts on approximately 368.7 acres of land that is zoned Master <br />Planned Resort. The proposed lots range in size from 14,200 to <br />62,000 square feet. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE <br />HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-114 SUNCADIA PHASE 2 DIVISION 7 CDS <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-114, <br />Preliminary Plat Approval, Suncadia Phase 2, Division 7 Tumble Creek <br />Preliminary Plat (LP-22-00001).
