I a n d rv@cou rts.wa. gov. It is the intention that the grant be used to assist Kittitas County Superior Court in complying with GR36 minimum requirements through the purchase of security equipment. This Award letter explains the responsibilities and expectations of grant recipients. A Grant Agreement formalizing the terms of your award and a blank A-19 form are attached. Grant recipients must sign the Grant Agreement and return it to kvle.landry@courts.wa.qov as soon as possible. Once the Grant Agreement, accompanying A-19 form and receipt for items purchased are signed and returned to AOC, the award monies will be disbursed as a reimbursement. When submitting your 419 and supporting documentation for reimbursement, please clearly reference C5E22007 . Award Disbursement The funds provided by Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) will be spent for the identified equipment awarded as outlined in the grant application. You must provide AOC with receipts for products and services purchased. You have been approved for an amount totaling $35,007 and this amount may be used to purchase any combination of items within the approved categories. Approved equipment in the "Security ltems" category will be listed. Security items must be purchased and received by December 31, 2022, and reimbursement requests must be submitted to Administrative Office of the Courts by January 31,2023.
