(Ord. 2014-015, 2014;) <br />16.10.060 Transfer of title. <br />The recording of a boundary line adjustment does not constitute a transfer of title. Separate deeds <br />to this effect must be recorded with the Kittitas County Auditor and are not subject to the <br />provisions of this Chapter. <br />(Ord. 2014-015, 2014;) <br />16.10.065 Lot Line Encroachment <br />Where the owner of two (2) or more lots with a common lot line desires to have the lots <br />regarded as a single lot for purposes of building placement, the owner shall record a notice of <br />lot line encroachment with the Kittitas County Auditor. The form for said notice shall be <br />provided by Kittitas County Community Development Services and shall state the following: <br />1. For Platted Lots: <br />"Lots (lot numbers) of block (block number) in (subdivision name), recorded in the <br />book of plats (book number) at page (number), of Kittitas County records, are <br />hereby considered one lot for the purposes of building placement pursuant to the <br />provisions herein." <br /> <br />2. For Unplatted Lots: <br /> “Lots described as (Insert Legal Descriptions) are hereby considered one lot for <br />the purposes of building placement pursuant to the provisions herein.” <br />The notice shall include and agreement and affirmation from the property owner that the lots <br />will remain under single ownership unless the building and property are brought into <br />compliance with all building, zoning, subdivision, and other applicable codes. The notice <br />shall bear the notarized signature of the property owner and a copy of the recorded notice <br />shall be provided to Kittitas County Community Development Services.
