planting; and livestock including both the animals themselves and animal products including but <br />not limited to meat, upland finfish, poultry and poultry products, and dairy products." (Ord. <br />2014-015, 2014) <br />16.08.026 Agricultural equipment and agricultural facilities. <br />"Agricultural equipment" and "agricultural facilities" have the same definition as RCW <br />90.58.065(2)(c), which "includes, but is not limited to: (i) The following used in agricultural <br />operations: Equipment; machinery; constructed shelters, buildings, and ponds; fences; upland <br />finfish rearing facilities; water diversion, withdrawal, conveyance, and use equipment and <br />facilities including but not limited to pumps, pipes, tapes, canals, ditches, and drains; (ii) <br />corridors and facilities for transporting personnel, livestock, and equipment to, from, and within <br />agricultural lands; (iii) farm residences and associated equipment, lands, and facilities; and (iv) <br />all other agricultural activities or allowed uses per Kittitas County Code 17.15." (Ord. 2014-015, <br />2014) <br />16.08.028 Agricultural land. <br />"Agricultural land" has the same definition as RCW 90.58.065(2)(d), which is "those specific <br />land areas on which agriculture activities are conducted." (Ord. 2014-015, 2014) <br />16.08.040 Block. <br />"Block" means a group of lots, tracts, or parcels within well-defined and fixed boundaries. (Ord. <br />2013-001, 2013; Ord. 2005-31, 2005) <br />16.08.050 Board. <br />"Board" means the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners. (Ord. 2005-31, 2005) <br />16.08.055 Boundary line adjustment. <br />"Boundary line adjustment" means making alterations to existing lots, tracts or parcels through <br />adjusting one (1) or more property lines in a manner which does not create any additional lot, <br />tract, or parcel. (Ord. 2014-015, 2014; Ord. 2013-001, 2013; Ord. 2005-31, 2005) <br />16.08.056 Cluster. <br />"Cluster" consists of a grouping of buildable contiguous lots or building envelopes within the <br />cluster plat or conservation plat boundary. Individual clusters need not be contiguous but must be <br />within the project boundary. (Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br />16.08.057 Cluster Plat. <br />"Cluster Plat" means a land division where the applicable zoning requirements are modified to <br />provide an alternative land division method for the development layout, configuration and design <br />of lots, buildings and structures, roads, utility lines and other infrastructure in order to preserve <br />natural, resource, and scenic qualities of open lands.
