A portion ofthis property could be repurposed into an emporium style retail- store that allowsfor focal craftsmen, artisans, makers, and specialty food vendors to occupy spacewith a single point of sale. A successful modef of the emporium style store can befound in Kittitas, Washington where a former hardware store has been converted intofourteen spaces for independent retailers.oaConsider A Rotating Restaurant: Communitieschefs to populate restaurant spaces in townnow experimenting with allowingtemporary basls using existingareona23
