A. SWOT Analysis Survey <br />APPENDIX lll: SWOT ANALYSIS <br />As part of the development of the Airport Strategic Business Plan (ASBP) for the Bowers <br />Field Airport (ELN), an ELN SWOT Analysis Survey was sent out to the ELN Strategic <br />Plan Steering Committee Members (Steering Committee) on Friday, November 20,2020. <br />There was a total of 11 survey responses received from the following stakeholder groups: <br />The purpose of the SWOT Analysis is to identify the "actual" and "perceived" Airport <br />(including the business park) strengths and weaknesses (from an "internal" perspective) <br />and opportunities and threats (from an "external" perspective). The results of the SWOT <br />Analysis serve to compile the Steering Committee's perception of the Airport and set the <br />stage for developing the Airport's mission, vision, and goals. <br />well or unique assets of the Airport, especially in comparison to competitive and <br />comparable airports.
