APPENDIX II: PRELIMINARY AIRPORT ASSESSMENT <br />AIRPORT OVERVIEW <br />Ken Grannan, Airport Director <br />Ken has over three years of experience in management. Ken provides support services for <br />daily operations of the Airport and related facilities. Prior to working at the Airport, Ken held <br />the position of Executive Director for Hospice Friends (Ellensburg, Washington). <br />Ken holds an Associate of Business Administration in Aviation Administration and <br />Atmospheric Science from the University of North Dakota. <br />Figure 1 represents the organization structure of the airport management and staff at <br />Bowers Field <br />Figure 1: Organizational Structure <br />C.
