Box 41170 ● Olympia, WA 98504-1170 <br />360-753-3365 ● 360-586-8869 Fax ● www.courts.wa.gov <br /> <br /> <br />Grant Agreement CSE22007 <br /> <br />I agree that all monies awarded will be used for the purchase of security equipment for the Courthouse(s) located <br />at 205 W 5th Ave Ste 207, Ellensburg, WA 98926. <br /> <br />I acknowledge that this is a reimbursement and I will have to purchase the equipment up front before being <br />reimbursed by the Administrative Office of the Courts. Only items purchased after March 10, 2022 will be <br />reimbursed. <br /> <br />The funds provided by Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) will be spent for the identified equipment <br />awarded as outlined in the grant application. I agree to provide AOC with receipts for products and services <br />purchased. I understand that I have been approved for an amount totaling $35,007, and this amount may be <br />used to purchase any combination of items within the approved categories. <br /> <br />I agree to retain and assure accessibility for all supporting documentation regarding expenditures and requests <br />for state and/or federal audit purposes. <br /> <br />I agree that labor and installation costs completed by county/state employees will not be paid out of this grant <br />money. <br /> <br />I agree that security items will be purchased and received by December 31, 2022, and reimbursement <br />requests will be submitted to Administrative Office of the Courts by January 31, 2023. <br /> <br />I acknowledge that I have read this agreement and understand the process laid out within it. <br /> <br /> <br />Presiding Judge _____________________________________________________________ <br />Signature ____________________________________ Date _______________________
