CO -4082 Stores Orders Inquiry is enhanced to include line record level navigation buttons <br />(forward, back, first record, last record). <br />WORK ORDERS <br />Work Management Module Enhancement <br />JIRA # CAYENTA FEATURE DESCRIPTION <br />CO -4045 <br />The Work Management module allows you to create one work request with <br />multiple work order lines where each work order line may have a different work <br />order type. <br />We have also updated work request lines and work order lines so that each line <br />has a Line Attributes tab containing its own set of attribute values based on the line <br />type. <br />Preference code(s): <br />+ WO/LNTYP: If set, will allow you to have a different type per line. <br />WO/WPSYN: Controls the fields to sync between the work request and the <br />work order. Type must not be one of the fields that is synced. <br />Work Order Template Enhancement <br />JIRA # CAYENTA FEATURE DESCRIPTION <br />CO <br />-4 4 Cayenta enhanced the Work Order Templates by adding the following <br />functionalities: <br />1. The user can assign a crew to a PM schedule activity for an asset and <br />specify whether to dispatch the work order upon creation. <br />2. The user can create a work order for a PM scheduled activity and have it <br />automatically dispatched upon creation. WO statuses are all updated for <br />this dispatch state. <br />3. When the user dispatches a PM work order with a default crew ID <br />configured, that crew ID is populated in the Assign Work Entry form. <br />PF Page <br />9 <br />
