The following changes have been <br />made: <br />1. Asset Maintenance has an Asset PM Group X -Ref tab that allows you to <br />add or remove PM groups. <br />2. Asset Register displays the PM groups in a comma separated list. This is <br />for display -only and changes cannot be made to the PM group through <br />the Asset Register. Changes must be made through Asset Maintenance. <br />3. Asset Upload allows any number of PM asset groups to be included <br />during the Asset Upload process. <br />4. The Asset Console and Backflow Conso!e allows you to filter by PM asset <br />group. <br />GET—ASSET API was updated to handle multiple PM groups. <br />FIXED ASSETS <br />CPR Retirement Enhancement <br />JIRA# CAYENTA FEATURE DESCRIPTION <br />CO -4161 <br />Cayenta added the preference code FA/CROFF option to use the WIP General <br />Ledger account instead of the default retirement General Ledger account when <br />creating an FARTR (CPR Retirement) transaction during capitalization. <br />FA/CROFF controls the debit general ledger posting when capitalizing work order <br />retirement costs. When on, the debit will be posted to the Fixed Asset Cost Offset <br />GL Account. When off, the debit will be posted to the WIP accounts used during <br />the cost posting. The default setting is off. <br />Fixed Asset Adjustment Entry Enhancement <br />JIRA# CAYENTA FEATURE DESCRIPTION <br />04078i Fixed Asset Adjustments Entry allows you to enter in the work order number as a <br />reference field to aid in reporting and reconciliation. <br />
