BUDGET NARRATIVE <br />1. Funding Utilization: Describe how the funds will be used to support the proposed <br />project. For example, will the funds be used for staff time, supplies, consultants, <br />contractors, construction costs, direct customer services, etc.? (250 words max.) <br />The funds requested from the County will fund half of the purchase of the property. <br />Additional funds have been awarded for the remainder of the purchase from the City of <br />Ellensburg ($750,000.00) and contributions from HopeSource as needed for earnest <br />money, closing costs, and legal representation ($100,000).
