3. Sustainability: Describe how this project would or wouldn't be sustained if these <br />Homelessness Prevention and Affordable Housing funds were not available either <br />currently or in the future. (250 words max.) <br />The rental income from affordable housing occupants at the existing structure will <br />support operations, and other funded grants will support case management activity. This <br />pQect will remain affordable for a minimum of 50 years, renting only to households at or <br />below 60% AMl. Further development on the site will include affordable housing likely in <br />the 50% AMI targeted populations.
