04/25/2022 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis for the year. The assignments for 2022 <br />were determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin <br />meeting earlier on and they will continue to provide updates at <br />future meetings. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:15 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for five minutes with Kristine Foreman, HR <br />Director per RCW 42.30.140 (4)(b) that portion of a meeting during <br />which the governing body is planning or adopting the strategy or <br />position to be taken by the governing body during the course of any <br />collective bargaining, professional negotiations, or grievance or <br />mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals made in the <br />negotiations or proceedings while in progress. No action <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:10 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week. <br /> <br />Patti Stacey discussed with the Board the bathroom closure notice <br />from the City for Tuesday 4/26/2022 and asked them if they had any <br />concerns or wanted her to make other arrangements.
