<br />04/19/2022 MINUTES 6 <br /> <br />Sheriff’s Office Lease of Airports Lots C-5 and C-6, to be held on May <br />3, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, <br />Kittitas County Courthouse, 205 West 5th Ave. Ellensburg, WA and to <br />authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce, updating <br />the Budget Categories from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE <br /> <br />BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS <br /> <br />SPECIAL EVENT MANASTASH RIDGE TRAIL RUN COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve the Special Event Application to <br />hold the Manastash Ridge Trail Run, to be held on May 28, and May 29, <br />2022, conditioned upon complying with the recommendations made by the <br />Kittitas County Sheriff, Fire Marshal, Public Health, Public Works, and <br />the Treasurer; granting a waiver to the Kittitas County Code Chapter <br />5.20.100 (Penal Bond – Bond of Indemnity). Commissioner Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CONTRACT HOPESOURCE – PATHWAYS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to remand the proposed Contract back to the <br />Homelessness & Affordable Housing Committee for resubmission at a later <br />date. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER ADDISION PLACE PROJECT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to remand the letter back to Staff relating <br />to terminating Contract HH-2020-002-CIP with HopeSource. Commissioner <br />Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-091 VOTING PRECINCT BOUNDARIES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-091, Adopting <br />the Voting Precinct Boundaries within Kittitas County. Commissioner <br />Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS – NONE <br />
