It is estimated that the total cost <br />for acquisition of the property to be around $1.5 - $2.5 million. Assessment of the site for potential <br />floodplain modification is estimated at $165 thousand. <br />KCT Needs from Kittitas County <br />1. Support of acquisition of fee title of the property <br />a. Letter of support from Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners, Public Works <br />Department and/or Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District <br />z.
