This Agreement is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") <br />and the Kiftitas County Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter "Coniracto/'). The Coung and <br />Contractor agree as follows: <br />General Conditions; Exhibit A (Scope of Work); Exhibit B (Compensation); <br />Exhibit C (proof of lnsurance). <br />copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as fully as if <br />set forth herein. <br />fhe term of this Agreement shall commenc€ on the 1st day of January ZA22 and <br />continue until the 3lstday of December 2o22..
