After submittal of the JARPA package coordination will be provided with federal <br />and or state agencies to obtain a Corps 404 permit from the USACE, a Hydraulic Approval from WDFW, and <br />an Ecology 401 permit from Ecology. Because of the federal nexus, Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 7 <br />and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 consultation must be completed.
