<br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 16 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed $12,414.94 USD to be invoiced to Kittitas County <br />Fair for actual expenses incurred. <br /> <br />Invoices shall include appropriate document of all expenses. <br /> <br />Unforeseen additional expenses shall require a written change order and must be <br />approved by the Kittitas County Sheriff, Clay Myers, or the Event Center Director before <br />such work commences. <br />Overtime/Holiday Rate. Client will pay for work performed on state or federal <br />holidays (including, but not limited to New Year’s Day, President’s Day, <br />Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, <br />and Christmas) at one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Hourly Rate. <br />Special Duty Assignment. In the event Client requests an emergency, extra, or special <br />duty assignment with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to Supplier, Client will pay <br />one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Hourly Rate. Client will also pay a minimum of <br />five (5) hours for any emergency, extra, or special duty assignments. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
