Kittitas CountySheriff <br />Agenda Staff Report <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />2/16/2010 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to Approve the Detention Services Intergovennnental Agreement between U.S.Marshals Services <br />and Kittitas County. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the U.S.Marshals <br />Service to house federal detainees with the Local Govermnent at the Kittitas County Sheriff's OfEce <br />(hereinafter referred to as "the facility"), <br />INTERACTION: <br />The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Request to Approve the Detention Services Intergovernmental Agreement between U.S.Marshals Services <br />and Kittitas County. <br />HANDLING: <br />No handling. <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Paula Hootor
