EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor shall perform the following: <br />Facilitate involvement of the Behavioral Health and Recovery Advisory Board <br />(BHRAB) participants in a behavioral health assessment and planning process <br />which includes: <br />o Facilitate the development of a group mission and vision statement with <br />BHRAB. <br />o Collect, compile, and present relevant behavioral health data to the <br />BHRAB. <br />o Facilitate the identification of priorities, goals, strategies, and measurable <br />objectives. <br />o Finalize a written strategic plan. <br />Proposed timeline (subject to change): <br />o January: Review history and bylaws, discussion of purpose <br />o February: Review previous plans, discuss data needs, start vision & <br />mission <br />o March: Finalize vision & mission, review and discuss planning process <br />o April: Review and discuss data <br />o May: Develop priorities and goal statements <br />o June: Brainstorm and prioritize strategies <br />o July: Review and finalize plan <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13 <br />
