** Fire Marshal: Stated that they will need to add an <br />additional First Aid Station at the finish line of the race. <br /> <br /> Public Health/EH: Food Service Permit to be applied for <br />there KCPHD two weeks prior; garbage cans with tight <br />fitting lids and portable toilets and handwashing <br />strategically located in high use areas (two each) thought <br />the course of the event with one being handicap accessible. <br /> <br /> ** Public Works: Advertisement one week in advance in <br />the Northern County Tribune and Daily Record Newspaper <br />and Radio to give residents and traveling public notice of <br />the event. They also are requiring a parking attendant be <br />present to make sure all vehicles are parked off the County <br />roads to allow through traffic. <br /> <br /> ** Treasurer: The Event did not remit their Admissions <br />Tax for their 2021 event. The Treasurer’s Office is unable <br />to recommend approval until that is paid in addition to the <br />15% late fee. Once that is updated this years event would <br />again be subject to the County’s Admissions Tax and will <br />need to report/remit 2022 Admissions Tax at the end of the <br />event and by no later than July 31, 2022. <br /> <br />HANDLING: BOCC Staff to send notice to applicant and notify County <br />Departments & Kittcom.
