With the increased pressure of new homes <br />we are concerned about only having one road out of the community. The county has <br />allowed this development to move forward without a safety plan for emergency <br />roads in and out of the community. The county has also allowed the community to <br />develop without proper mail facilities for the residence. <br />As it stands now the only access for the residence and businesses inside the <br />community only have one road in and out. Our access it Bull Frog. The developer <br />and the county should not be allowed to add additional building permits until the <br />above issues have been solved. The road from Bull Frog is only set up for one car <br />each direction. This alone should be enough to create more than one way into and <br />out of the community.
