The legal opinion provided agreed that <br />Development Agreements are not subject to compliance with CAO or SMP regulations adopted <br />afterwards. We remain on track for the April 5th Consent Agenda requesting the BOCC sets a Public <br />Hearing for 2pm on April 19th 2022. <br /> <br />Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns. <br />Index #51
