April 6, 2022 <br />To: Kelly Bacon <br />Re: Suncadia Phase 2 Divison 7 <br /> <br /> <br />In response to the comments received by community members, fire district personnel, and county agencies. <br />The need to evaluate the necessity of an additional ingress/egress from Suncadia MPR is apparent. To date, <br />Suncadia management has met with members of Fire District #6 and Fire District #7 to discuss the potential <br />need for an alternative means of ingress/egress, to my knowledge a subsequent meeting is planned with the <br />respective fire districts and Suncadia. I am confident a resolution will be reached. <br /> <br />I am aware of a traffic study that is planned to take place starting the week before Labor Day finalizing the <br />week after Labor Day.
