From:Erin Naumann
To:Kelly Bacon (CD)
Cc:erich naumann
Subject:Phase 2 Division 7
Date:Friday, February 25, 2022 12:35:42 PM
CAUTION: This email originated from outside the Kittitas County network. Do not click links, open attachments,
fulfill requests, or follow guidance unless you recognize the sender and have verified the content is safe.
Good afternoon Kelly-
I am writing with concern to Suncadia phase 2 Division 7. We are current suncadia homeowners and just purchased
a new lot in the Nelson Ridge development. With the increase in population comes the need for an alternative entry.
Our concern is for the safety of our family in the event of a fire evacuation situation. We will be on the outskirts of
the development and will be the last to exit should such a disaster occur. Not only that, but the fire department
should have quick access on the other side of Swiftwater/Ronald. It’s very concerning. As it is people are using the
neighborhood Evergreen estates as a way to get around congestion. I am sure they do not appreciate.
Please let me know what can be done, I am very concerned for the safety of my family and others.
We need to make the gates entry to Suncadia/Ronald side the next permanent point of entry. The county is now
aware of our concerns and can’t ethically turn a blind eye to a potential catastrophe.
Best- Erin and Erich Naumann
137 Big Hill Drive and 20 Old Grove Trail
Sent from my iPhone Erin Naumann
Index #34
