Index #37 <br /> <br />Chris Collins: Mr. Collins submitted concerns in regards to the single exit from the community and only fire and <br />contractors having access to the gated Bullfrog/Firehouse gate, the emergency gate opening plan should an <br />emergency occur, and requested the county review how the developer is complying with the “Amended And <br />Restated Development Agreement By And Between Kittitas County, Washington, Suncadia LLC Relating To The <br />Development Commonly Known As Suncadia Resort”, specifically in regards to Exhibit F-1. They <br />would like to see infrastructure to support increased traffic in and out of the community, strict enforcement of <br />work hours, speed limits and road access.
