3. Sustainability: Describe how this project would or wouldn't be sustained if these <br />Homelessness Prevention and Affordable Housing funds were not available either <br />currently or in the future. (250 words max.) <br />The rental income from the affordable housing occupants at the existing structure will <br />support operations, and other funded grants will support case management activity. This <br />project will remain affordable for a minimum of 20 years, renting only to households at or <br />below 60% AMl. Further development on the site will include affordable workforce <br />housing likely in the 50% AMI targeted populations.
