15.6 Installation Information <br />Help on the main toolbar gives you access to Installation Info (Figure 70). The FYI <br />window (Figure 76) that opens contains information about the BehavePlus setup that is <br />organized according to categories. <br />• Program Information gives the location of the executable file, the build number, <br />and the date and time it was compiled. This information can help you determine if <br />you have the latest version and build of the program. <br />• Directories gives file locations—the most important being the location of the current <br />workspace and the location and name of the startup worksheet. <br />• Environment Variables shows the current environment variable settings of the <br />user's computer. The $PATH environment variable, in particular, shows the order in <br />which Microsoft Windows searches directories to find applications. This may be use- <br />ful in determining exactly which BehavePlus executable file is being run or why one <br />version is being run in preference to another. <br />• Display Metrics provides the resolution of your BehavePlus window on the desktop <br />and the number of colors in use. This information can be changed by changing the <br />desktop preferences of your Microsoft® Windows-based PC. <br />• Image Files, Documentation Files, and Geographic Files sections will let you <br />know if any of the relevant files are missing from your program. If there are no miss- <br />ing files, the text will read All [image, documentation, geographic location] files <br />are present. Reinstalling the program will fix any problems that you may have. <br />- Additional file information is available on files you have saved. You can find out <br />about the fuel models, moisture scenarios, units sets, worksheet files, and run files <br />in the current workspace.
