Railroad Street <br />will be closed at Cross Street to Kachess Ave from 8:00am until 10:00pm. There will be detour signs <br />routing the traffic through l't Street. The parade route is down Railroad Street from Cross Street to the <br />west end of l't Street starting at 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
