KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, WEBEX <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM March 14, 2022 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />Cory Wright, and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br />Others In -Person: Dan Carlson and Jeremy Johnston, Community <br />Development Services; Mark Cook and Rebecca Cruise, Public Works <br />and zero (0) members of the public. <br />Others via WebEx: Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor; Rachael <br />Stevie, Jeremiah Cromie, and Jessica Miller, Community <br />Development Services and four (4) members of the public. <br />At 1:30 pm Chairman Osiadacz opened the Community Development <br />Services Study Session. <br />INTRODUCTION OF PROPOSED OUT -OF -DOCKET -CYCLE CODE AMENDMENTS <br />CDS Planning Official Jeremy Johnston provided an introduction <br />of the proposed out -of -docket -cycle code amendments to Title 16, <br />Title 12 and Title 15A. Most of the proposed changes are <br />regarding Title 16, our subdivision code, to bring the code <br />consistent with state regulations. Additionally in Title 16, we <br />will be proposing to add a parcel combination section as those <br />are currently being processed under our boundary line adjustment <br />section. The plan is to bring this before the Planning <br />Commission at the April 12th meeting and then will be brought <br />before the BoCC on May 17th. Other changes that are being <br />proposed are some changes to our road varying process, including <br />an administrative process with an appeal process with the <br />Hearing Examiner. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />There is no other business. <br />Meeting adjourned at 1:34 p.m. <br />2022-3-14 MINUTES 1 <br />
