BEFORE THE BOARD OF KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />Resolution No! fz.- -pgAA Resolution Authorizing Execution of an MOU Regarding the Opioid Litigation. <br />WHEREAS, the opioid crisis has harmed people and municipalities all over America; and <br />WHEREAS, litigation regarding this plague and the damages caused is ongoing; and <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County has been a named party in this litigation and it is now to our advantage to <br />execute an MOU related to fund/damage distribution here in Washington state. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners authorize execution of <br />the attached MOU regarding the distribution of damages in the opioid litigation. <br />Passed by the <br />the 5h day <br />Board of Kittitas County Commissioners meeting in regular session at Ellensburg, Washington <br />of 2022. <br />BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF KITTITAS COTINTY, WASHINGTON <br />Clerk of the
