Cook, Director <br />MEMORANDUM <br />Kittitas County Board of County Gommissioners <br />Ryan Berge, Kittitas County Public Works Road Foreman <br />Gandie Leader, Administrative Supervisor <br />February 10,2022 <br />2022Your Ganyon for a Day Bike Tour <br />After review of the application for the "2022 Your Canyon for a Day" event scheduled for <br />May 22,2022, Public Works recommends the applicant issues advanced notification of <br />the event in the Northern Kittitas County Tribune and the Daily Record two (2)weeks in <br />advance in conjunction with the forty-eight (a8) hour advanced road closure sign posting <br />to inform the traveling public of the event. <br />The applicant indicates that the Washington State Patrol, Yakima Police Department, <br />the Blue Knights, YC Rangers and the Yakima Sheriff's Office will provide patrol <br />services and traffic control. <br />Public Works recommends approval of this event based on these conditions being <br />upheld. <br />Please feelfree to contact Kittitas County Public Works with any additional questions <br />you may have at 509-962-7523. <br />41'1 N.
