Statement of qualifications : <br />The Daily Record meets all requirements for publication of legal notices as spelled out in <br />RCW 65.16.020. The newspaper is published Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday in English <br />and has a general circulation within Kittitas County. It has published in the county since <br />1909, and contains news of general interest.
