MARCH 21, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner <br />Brett Wachsmith(via Webex. Excused: Vice-Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Taylor Crouch, <br />Admin Asst.; and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 18, 2022. <br /> <br />RATIFY LETTER – KACHESS DAM COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to ratify the chair’s signature on a <br />letter to the Bureau of Reclamation Columbia-Cascade Area Office. <br />Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT WACHSMITH – PUBLIC DEFENSE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz moved to appoint Commissioner Wachsmith to the <br />Future Public Defense Advisory Committee for a two year term once <br />the committee is activated. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion <br />carried 2-0. <br /> <br />UPDATE PHIL BACKLUND COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />No meeting with Phil at this time since there wasn’t a full Board in <br />attendance during the meeting.
