03/15/2022 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING AMEND T-HANGAR LEASE AIRPORT <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider Amending the <br />Carroll/Hahnemann T-Hangar Lease, to be held on Tuesday April 5, 2022, <br />at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County <br />Courthouse 205 West 5th Ave. Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to <br />publish said notice. <br /> AGREEMENT WA STATE MILITARY DEPARTMENT SHERIFF <br />Acknowledge Grant Agreement No. E22-264, between the Washington State <br />Military Department and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office, in the <br />amount of $14,205.00 for the Emergency Management Performance Grant <br />American Rescue Plan Act, to assist state, local, territorial, and <br />tribal governments in preparing for all hazards through sustainment and <br />enhancement of those programs as described in the Work Plan, from June <br />1, 2021, through December 31, 2022. <br /> RESOLUTION 2022-072 WA STATE HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY SHERIFF <br />Approve Resolution No. 2022-072, Authorizing a Professional Services <br />Agreement between the Washington State Health Care Authority and <br />Kittitas County, in the amount of $271,035.00, for developing or <br />implementing or continuing to expand medication for Opioid Use Disorder <br />in Jails Program, from March 1, 2022, through June 30, 2022. <br /> AGREEMENT LAW & JUSTICE GRANT FUNDS FOR 2022 AUDITOR <br />Approve Agreements for the Law & Justice Grant Funds, as awarded in <br />Resolution No. 2021-188: #22-02 Kittitas Police Department $3,330.31; <br />#02-03 Kittitas County Jail $4,490.00; #22-04 Kittitas County Sheriff <br />$11,500.00; #22-06 Kittitas County Fire District #1 $750.00; #22-07 <br />Kittitas County Sheriff $4,750.00; #22-08 Kittitas County Jail $963.00; <br />#22-09 Youth Services of Kittitas County $5,000.00; #22-10 CWU Police <br />and Public Safety $2,400.00; and #22-11 HopeSource $2,500.00, to expire <br />on October 31, 2022 with all reimbursements submitted by November 27, <br />2022. <br /> SET PUBLIC HEARING DISTRICT BOUNDARIES & VOTING PRECINCTS AUDITOR <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider Adopting County <br />Commissioner District Boundaries and removing Voting Precincts from <br />County Code, to be held on Tuesday April 5, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the <br />Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West <br />5th Ave. Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said <br />notice. <br /> <br /> <br />
