MARCH 7, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Amy Cziske, Treasurer; Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; <br />Phil Backlund, BoCC Consultant. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 4, 2022. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION CLERK APPOINTMENT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz asked the Board what process they were interested <br />in pursuing for the County Clerk Appointment, if they wanted to <br />include a panel or just have it be the Board. They Board determined <br />they would like to invite a panel into the Executive Session portion <br />of the meeting and Chairman Osiadacz stated she would reach out to <br />parties that they could contribute in a beneficial way. Staff was <br />asked to set a Special meeting for March 18, 2022, to Appoint a <br />County Clerk and work with Superior Court Clerk to have a Judge <br />available to do the swearing in. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:16 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for five minutes with just the Board, to evaluate
