2) Local advertisement in the Daily Record/Radio/physical <br />posting two weeks in advance to inform the traveling <br />public of the upcoming event in order to give them the <br />choice to plan a different route during this time period. <br /> <br />County Treasurer: recommends approval contingent <br />on the event coordinator Jake Maedke to continue to <br />report and remit in a timely manner and by no later than <br />7/31/2022. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Event Application to hold the Gran Fondo <br />Ellensburg (88 mile bicycle ride), contingent upon Mr. <br />Maedke (applicant), complying with the Public Works, <br />Treasurer & Sheriff recommendations.
