DOH CONTRACT #: CLH3l0l5 <br />16. Governing Law and Venue <br />The laws of the state of washington govem this contract. Maintenance of Records <br />Each party to this contract shall maintain books, records, documents and other evidence that sufficiently and properlyreflect all direct and. indir:ect costs expended by it- ett uoot<s, records, documents, and other material relevant to thiscontract will be retained for six (6) years afte.
