1.2 L|DAR Topographic Data Collection The consultant shall collect LiDAR and photographic imagery as needed to produce highly accurate topographic data for the study area. lmagery collected during the L|DAR flight will facilitate the delineation of feature data (structures, roads, fence lines, etc.) throughout the study area. Acquisition of the L|DAR and imagery will occur under leaf-off conditions between approximately March 1Sth and April 1Sth, at a time when there is no appreciable snow cover. LiDAR collection will meet the assessments of statistical relative and absolute accuracy and meeting the guidelines of the National Standard for Spatial Data Accuracy (FGDC 1998 and SAPRS 2014) and meet the requirements for a QL1 USGS vertical accuracy specification.
