S{JV$EFqjS Flffi{"f}i$l'r'E'ii tr J{;g {:*u N "l'"? f"\i iiq4F,i)}n' 21.3 MEDIATION ln the event of a dispute between the LESSEE and the LESSOR with respect to the interpretation, implementation, or performance of any obligation under this Lease, with the exception of non-payment of rent, the LESSEE and the LESSOR willattempt to resolve the dispute through a mediation process before taking action under Section 21.1(a)-(b) or 21.2 (a)-(b) above. The mediator for any such mediation must be mutually agreed upon and jointly appointed by the LESSEE and the LESSOR, with the mediator's cost to be shared equally by the two parties. The mediation will be held in Ellensburg, Washington and conducted as soon as reasonably possible after mediation is compelled with attention given to the time- sensitive nature of the dispute. ln the event the parties are unable to agree upon a mediator, a mediator will be appointed by the Presiding Judge for the Superior Court of Kittitas County. 22. AIRPORT AND AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. It is understood and agreed that the LESSEE's use of said premises and leased area shall not in any manner interfere or restrict the use of aircraft landings, take-offs, or storage of aircraft. LESSEE shall comply with all rules and regulations of the FAA, Washington State DOT Aeronautics Division, and the Kittitas County Code. 23. FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS. Discharging of firearms or fireworks will not be permitted on or from said premises or leased area. 24. NOTTCES.
