EXHIBIT D <br />RECLAMATION AND ABANDONMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />• In restoring the land, Grantee shall remove from State Land all asphalt and contaminated <br />material in the area being vacated and abandoned. <br />The reclaimed area shall be reshaped to match existing topography and ripped to a depth <br />of 24 inches. <br />Grantee shall seed and ensure successful establishment of vegetation over all areas made <br />void of natural cover by operations herein with a certified weed -free grass seed mixture <br />native to the area as approved by State. <br />17 of 17 Easement No. 50-103249 <br />
