03/01/2022 MINUTES 2 <br />MARK COOK, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR reviewed a Staff Report and said <br />the City of Ellensburg had no concerns of the proposed Sewer <br />Franchise, as City utilities are within the County’s parcel. The <br />Public Works Department believes there is no adverse impact, as the <br />Franchise Agreement places all maintenance and repair responsibility <br />on the Franchisee. JIM RITTER, REPRESENTING THE STOCKYARD DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC provided information relating to their <br />request for a Sewer Franchise on County owned property, and asked <br />for the Board support. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. AGREEMENT SEWER FRANCHISE PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve a Non-Exclusive Sewer Franchise <br />Agreement between Stockyard Development Group and Kittitas County, <br />and within the document, striking within the first Whereas the <br />Number “21117” and the word “and” in bold type. COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH seconded.
